Founded in 2009, Highl Construction LLC began as a modest venture with a clear vision: to create quality homes that meet the needs of Rwandan families. Starting with a small, dedicated team, we focused on residential construction, driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to our clients.
By 2018, we had successfully completed the construction of 100 homes. By the end of 2019, our team had expanded to 125 skilled employees, enabling us to take on larger and more complex projects including apartments, offices, and commercial buildings.
Today, we are proud to be recognized as one of Rwanda's leading civil engineering firms, with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects that shape the country's urban landscape.
